Hump Day

Wednesdays are by far the worst. Once they're over, it's great. But getting through it is slow and difficult. I ended up getting a false emergency call and had to fight through the mountains of Northern L.I. to get there. I'm pretty exhausted today, but I have to hit the gym. Going to work out legs today and tomorrow is biceps/triceps. I'm looking forward to the weekend. Having a three day weekend every week is great. The only thing wrong with that is busting your ass the other four days.

I forgot to mention my starting weight for this transformation. I was 273 on Monday and will not put up a new number until the end of April. I used to be around 310 last year, so I've lost some weight, but not enough. Summer is around the corner and I want this to be my best summer yet. My goal is not to get into shape for the summer. Losing weight and getting into great shape takes a great deal of time, preparation, dedication, and will power. You definitely need to set up small goals and achieve those. My friend Manny is getting married in August, so I'll try my best to get into the best shape I've been in for that occasion.
