Two Days In One

Since I was not online yesterday, I'll recap it quickly:

Monday - Since it is the start of the work week, I usually prepare my food in a cooler. I ended up rushing out the door, so I only had time to bring my water and protein shakes. I ended up buying a grilled chicken wrap with roasted peppers...great combo! After work, I delayed going to the gym, hoping it would not be packed. I ended up going at midnight. It was still packed. Out of nowhere are tons of teenagers and college students flooding the gym. I still ended up getting some cardio in and working out my shoulders for 15 sets. I didn't use my Nitric Oxide pills. Definitely do not take a stimulant before the gym if you go late at night. I ended up going to sleep like 2am or so. Definitely did not get the greatest amount of sleep.

Tuesday - Today is going to be my rest day. Since I lift on Wednesday and Thursday, it's important to take a break and get a decent amount of sleep. Even though I'm blogging this late, at least I'm not lifting like a madman right now. As far as meals go, it's simple: I eat the same thing Monday through Thursday due to work. I always start my morning out with eggs whites and W/W toast. If I'm up very early, I'll have a quick protein shake. I pack 2 protein shakes and 2 sandwiches with me. I'll usually have a low carb meal when I return and end the night with a protein shake. When I get to Friday, I'll let you guys know what I eat when I'm home. It's completely different, considering that I have the time to prepare my meals. Anyways, that's enough for tonight. God is great and keep fighting the good fight!

    Drink gatorade after you work out Hulkster. Feed those muscles!
